Bench seemed like they were in forever

They were. That's a well rested 1st string team - now's the time to extend the lead to the mid 20s before half.

If history is any indication we are in danger of losing this lead.  In short I'm not comfortable when we lave this large of a lead.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

I guess they took away Olynyk's bucket at the end of the shot clock.  I thought he got that off in time...guess not.

By replay he very clearly didn't get it off. Proper call.

where was the box out on McGruder? That was awful!

Earlier tonight a Heat player laying on the floor beat 3 Celtics to a rebound. Its hard not to wonder what this team would look like with Whiteside on our team instead of Amir.

Haha Horford got that put-back in at the buzzer at least!

Overall, great first half. Best defense we've had all year, and we're capable of sustaining that type of energetic D. We'd be meeting or exceeding our expectations if we brought that defensive energy every night like we did last year.

You realize that Avery is the leading scorer and is +17, right? Some guys get no respect.
