Check Reddit NBA streams. They provide a variety of links. Also, they sometimes provide VLC player links, and those are great quality

One thing, as suggested above, is to try reddit. They have a good /r/ for NBA streams. Thing is however, that many of these streams have pop ups too.

Another thing you can try, is experiment with a different browser. I use Chrome most of the time, but sometimes I switch to Firefox and if lucky, the stream works better there.
