So apparently the whole "Young is going to get more minutes" speech only meant while Prince was hurt?
was thinking the same thing. So now we have to hope Prince, who seems like a cool dude, gets hurt. Not sure I can that. Maybe Bradley can re-aggravate that thumb.

I really hope people aren't wishing injuries to players

Just the Clippers and Mavs this year. I don't care what anyone thinks of me for it.

Just need to trade some of our vets.  Thornton, Prince, Turner.  I don't care who.  Trade Bass too if able.   I'd like to see Young get some significant run by the time the season is ending.

So I'm guessing that Young is going to be benched until the trade deadline.

Maybe Celtics just running Prince for a test drive ...show buyers he is ok.
Ainge is the sales guy who throws everything at the wall and sees what sticks. I doubt he has a plan with all this non sense. This team should be tanking and now we got Stevens getting this team ready for a playoff push.

Back to Prince. Why didn't we just release him? Isn't the plan to develop Young? The only reasoning I can think of is the Clippers will pick up Prince since their bench sucks. So is it worth not developing Young so the Clippers pick is better or maybe they actually want Prince to help us make the playoffs. I can't figure it out. I'm sure Ainge has no clue either.

Haha it's kind of justified by the fact that they're still getting paid millions of dollars to be injured on the bench  :P

Once you are labeled 'the best' you want to stay up there, and you can't do it by loafing around.

Why not? These dudes make enough money. I'd rather see Young play over Bradley. It's not like I'm rooting for a career ending injury.

Some people are just too sensitive.

We've played pretty good offense so far, but our defense has been subpar.  They actually only took more than a one possession lead in the last minute of the half.
