Another dismal 11 point 4th quarter.  but what the heck, at least we got to see Rondo throw away another game with his Harlem Globe Trotter tricks that haven't worked for years. I used to defend this guy but when it comes down to the nitty gritty Rondo does nothing but throw passes away or take shots he forgot how to make years ago!!! Rondo does not fit with this group and at this point I would definitley trade him for what we need to round this team into what it should be.

I've said if we're going to have any chance moving forward, Rondo's gotta go.  He'll sporadically have great games but his flaws hurts us more than it helps us.

I always said when I left the Celtics, I could not go to heaven, because that would
be a step down. I am pure 100 percent Celtic. I think if you slashed my wrists, my

Welcome To It.

I thought this was the team that was going to shock us by making the playoffs?

Rondo did it all today....missed free throws, missed shots, throwing the ball away, etc...

So do you seriously think that without Rondo we'll make more wins?

Yep... another game, another failed attempt by the All Star master orchestrator to use his powers to will us to a win.
Not.
When are we going to realize that this is not about his skills or his playoff past... its about the fit with a team that needs more scoring/attacking in late game situations. All defer to the great orchestrator... with consistent and laughable results. We don't have the complimentary players to allow a non-shooter (FTS too) on the floor relying on others to win the game...or worse, his ability to score.
He either needs to sign a team friendly deal, andthen we go get Gasol... or we make a move for Bledsoe, Jackson, etc.  Frankly, if the Bucks offered us Sanders and Knight for Rondo and KO I'd take it.

Why?

Might as well just get it out of the way now because you know the copy & paste is coming if there isn't a full out ignore here.

We have a higher winning percentage without Rondo than with him over the last three years.

Rondo ranked 29th and 26th in PER for all point guards over the last two years.

Trade him now, while he still has some value.

31 wins 22 losses

2012-13

with

You forgot PER and Phil Pressey's +-.

Hey how did everybody think Pressey looked today? I thought he sucked.

The Bucks would never do that.

Maybe the Cavaliers might want him.

I would 110% support a Rondo trade if it meant we got to watch Greg Monroe play point guard.
