Are they won in the regular season when the teams develop chemistry and a sense of purpose to get it done while avoiding any serious injuries to key players (this includes key moves at the trading deadline and free agent acquisitions during the season)?

Are they won in the spring after ouster from the playoff and the entire organization starts to plan for the draft and the next season through deliberation and putting together a team for the next season?
