I mentioned this in the thread regarding Howard reportedly interested in Houston and/or Dallas, so not sure if anyone caught it.

Granted, a lot of this is due to boredom (lol) but wouldn't Chicago also be a great destination for Dwight Howard?

I only say that because I think Chicago needs to make a move to shake up their roster, especially if Derrick Rose wants more "reinforcements."

Also, I don't think the Lakers get left out in the cold in the Howard situation so they will at least try to get something out of Howard, if they can.

Could you see a scenario where the Lakers deal Gasol and Howard in a S/T to Chicago for Noah, Boozer and Deng?

I think it would benefit both teams. The Lakers have some pieces for the present and future as Noah could become their new franchise player (along with Kobe.)

For Chicago, they have the biggest pairing since Michael and Scottie in Rose and Howard.

Just a thought.

For some reason, I just don't see him going to Houston or Dallas, but I could be wrong.

I would think something smaller like a straight swap of Noah for Dwight.

Maybe Rip Hamilton included for salary purposes.

I thought Dwight (or his camp) were not at all interested in Chicago when The Dwightmare: Episode One was out in theaters.

It's a good point. So far in their respective careers, Noah has shown alot more heart than Dwight.

TP. the Bulls need (financial and player-ability, respectively) upgrades at the 4 and the 2, not the five.

It was mentioned many times last year that Dwight has no interest in Chicago.
