I guess this is the same as usual per Ainge.  He is going to be patient and look at options, but his actually saying he doesn't see much changing is pretty interesting.

Also interesting is that he mentions that he thinks that he values KG and Pierce more than most teams, which might mean the deals he's seen are awful.

yeh, same...its not like Danny doesn't want to trade them, its just that he's values our guys a lot more...so yes, the offers he got so far, probably all sucks

but that's ok. He thinks for the future of the team, and we need him to do that

It just seems silly to me that Ainge set-up this team with a 3-year plan pretty much, just to overreact to 1 season.

This team has a reasonable shot at being a contender next season, so it seems silly to trade those guys unless it increases the team's chances of winning a title in the near future.

Danny has been bothered by other GMs and basketball Czars over thier silly trade proposals. Seems like that is what is driving this team forward with urgency.  So keeping the team together is going to be the right decision moving forward.

Rumors of my demise are greatly exaggerated. I just try to grind this out one possession at a time
