I hate how Spoelstra protects his players. Bosh should defend Dwight. Not Haslem. LeBron should defend powerful fours. Not Battier.

Stop coddling the talent. Push them. Let them grow.

They both, LeBron and Bosh, have considerable room for improvement as defenders against power-based fours and fives respectively. Their team will be better for it in the long run.

I'd love to see the Lakers get whipped pretty badly vs. Miami.  Maybe it'll force Kupchak into a blow-up trade.

Unfortunately, 2 particluar wins against bad teams -- the 1 point hang-on against Detroit and the 18 pt comeback against Charlotte -- have kept the Lakers in the hunt and onlty 3 games or so from a playoff spot.  I doubt there is any blow-up trade when they still have a playoff birth possible and the possibility of a healthy Big 4 by end of April.

I agree that I'd love to see Miami dominate them.  Angry Kobe is the best chance for DH skipping town next year.

I would love to see LA fire D'Antoni and hire Scott Skiles.

They could be so much better defensively with a defensive orientated coach. They'd get a big bump, like New York got with Woodson after firing D'Antoni, by making a coaching change.

They are shooting themselves in the foot by keeping D'Antoni.

You are too much of a fan of the game!  It is GOOD that they hired and keep D'Antoni.  ;)

Just tuned in to see Chris Anderson make a decent defensive play.   I would love to know if Danny made any effort to get him, and if not, what was his reasoning.

Because he is a crazy man. Good thing Danny didn't get him or our chemistry would be so bad that covalent bonds couldn't even stay together.

Why can't Howard just do a favor to the world for once and hit Ray Allen with an elbow, and step on LeBron James' foot.

That was in the act of shooting. Smart play by LeBron. Bad refereeing. Worse foul.
