  • We may as well put Tyrion in at center.

On 40 shots?

Almost 70 FG% shooting, 7/10 threes, 7/8 from the line.
I like Marcus Smart

Manu Ginobili is going to be out for a month with a hamstring problem. So he is going to miss at least the opening round of the playoffs.

And even if San Antonio make it to round two, who knows what type of shape Ginobili is in after a month out. Maybe he is ready from moment one. Then again, maybe he is rusty and struggles.

Looks like a good opportunity for one of the lower seeds to put a scare into San Antonio and maybe even knock them off. Offense very reliant on Tony Parker's dribble penetration with Ginobili out. If someone could really get at T.Parker and limit him, they could cause San Antonio a lot of problems in a playoff series without Ginobili there to pick up the slack.

I'm not sure Utah or the Lakers (the two likely 8 seeds) could do that.

Now if the Spurs fall to the 2nd seed then the possibilities are greater. I still think that where this will bite them is the second round.

It's a testament to Nash's practice.

It's also a testament to Howard's lack of desire to become a better player.

PJ Carlesimo: not clutch
Brook Lopez: not clutch

Bulls are gonna pummel the Nets in round one, and then give Miami a run for their money (but not win)

You know your three-point shooting is terrible when DENVER is outshooting you.
