The following membership numbers listed to the right of the months listed below date back to when I first started developing CB v.3.0 last October. The numbers are current up to 10:16 AM EST, December 6, 2007. Note that we actually launched CB3 on December 30, 2006. CB3 was a complete re-engineering of CelticsBlog based on entirely new technologies. Those still serve us in CB v.4.0 and should continue to do so for a long time. The new CelticsBlog will celebrate the first anniversary of its public launch on the 30th of this month. We've averaged around ten or eleven new members per day over the 14+ months since the site's development began. Averages since launch date would be a bit higher of course.

Note that these numbers reflect total numbers of membership but otherwise only reflect forums numbers. Visitation numbers for the rest of the site are much higher than those of the forums. Also note that the "Most Online" and "Page Views" numbers are skewed downward somewhat by caching schemes I run on the site to reduce server load.

There are an equal mix in St. George of Jazz fans and then everything else, including a lot of Lakers fans... What's surprising is that the Nuggets don't really have a fan base here while the Broncos do, they're the biggest NFL team here by far. We get Jazz, Nuggets, and Suns games on the Fox Sports local package. The NBA pay-per-view is what saves me!

celticsblog was around before oct/nov 2006. I remember my rondo/telfair poll after the draft, where I was saying that rondo will be the better player, but 75% or so of celticsbloggers were voting for Sebastion "through the fire" Telfair (pats self on back ) I think my sn on the old celticsblog was "connorhenry" or something. Spelled wrong too. Anyways, i'm originally from Boston, been living in Santa Cruz CA, but might be moving to Southern California.
