Tatum at 25.

I love Tatum but that's nuts.
how is it nuts? He’s the best wing prospect in a decade and looks to be the next Durant. I don’t think a lot of Celtics fans have registered yet how good of a player we have in Tatum

About the rankings and possibility of anti-celtic bias:

In 2016-2017, Irving was ranked 15th. In the previous season, he averaged 23 points and 5 assists (per 36) a game on 45/32/89 shooting splits.

In 2017-2018 rankings, Irving was ranked 25th (immediately after he was traded to Boston), after a year of upping his averages to 26 and 6  (per 36) and upping his shooting splits to 47/40/91.

In this year's rankings, Irving was ranked 20th after a year of upping his averages slight (per 36) and upping his shooting splits to 49/41/89.
