Boston was second in the league for the regular season at 37.7% 3P%. GSW were 39.1%. Interesting that both teams dropped off considerably in the post season; Boston at 34.3% and GSW at 35.7%. For Boston, I am sure that not having Irving to play-make was an issue plus playing against better defensive teams. GSW played quite a few games in the post season without Curry.
Boston is going to be a dangerous team next season. I think Tatum will continue to be a dangerous 3PT shooter. 3PT shooting is important but really just one aspect. I am looking for him to be stronger and better able to draw fouls going to the hoop plus defend and rebound better while staying efficient when scoring (I am not asking much
). I am confident he will do just that.
