Great video. Sums up all my problems with the game. The stoppage, loading times, click through a etc. I’ll be going back in time going forward. I think the apex of 2K may be 2K14

have you tried washing it or dipping it in vinegar? that might get rid of the smell.

I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Not that I have much time to play anyway, but to spend how my time clicking through crap is annoying.

2K18 was one of the biggest disappointments for me I've ever had with gaming.  The only thing worse I think was the release of Diablo 3 (the game got better after patches but release was a major let down)

I thought 2K12 was incredible, and I bought 2K13 and enjoyed it, but abstained from buying any until 2K18.... What a mistake.

It's too bad really, because aside from the typical sports game "locked in animations" and the occasional physics breaking glitch, the physics and momentum of the game are phenomenal.

I hated the MyCareer. Just way too many cut scenes and I hated that ghost town that you needed to run around in, which is basically just a slower menu. As sandbox as games like Skyrim are, they still have a feature called fast travel.

I hated MyGM as well. Way too many cut scenes too and ridiculous GM goals. Like I played as the C’s and I already have a promising young core but the owner wants me to get a top3 draft pick no matter what? Really? And also find a way to trade for Vince freakin Carter no matter what? Really? VC? But the alternate format (the one without cutscenes) is devoid of all life and realism.

I now only play 2k for quick games.

2K was at its peak in the early-mid 2000s when it cost $20. I own 2K18 (w/Kyrie on the cover), but still haven’t played it. I only have a short time left before 2K19 is out!

When I was heavily into it, it was the best basketball game ever (actually probably tied with Tecmo NBA and maybe NBA Courtside), but the motivation to play just isn’t there like it used to be.

What do you guys think about 2k19?

I ve played just a a couple of games and started myCarrier. The prelude is a bit boring lots of dialogs i just skip but the game so far looks good.

I am not going to do any microtransactions (the game already costs too much) i hope this won't affect much the game

My biggest problem so far is that but after G league i ended up playing for the lakers !!!

The Lakers?? Yuck! Request a trade asap

I haven't gotten around to 2k19 yet, and probably won't until I get through Red Dead2 and God of War, so likely end of year. Really sad to see how they handle microtransactions, which have been the bane of a few sports games.
Thankfully UK sales are 25% down on FIFA19 compared to 18, so EA and it's fellow game companies will likely rethink their greedy actions.

NBA Live seems to be making a legitimate comeback, which should hopefully force 2K to make a better product
