Andrew Wiggins is reportedly unhappy in Minnesota. Cleveland should look to tank and that means moving Kevin Love. Wouldn't it be fun to just swap back? Love can go back to his old stomping grounds and throw outlet passes to Jimmy Butler. Wiggins (still only 23) can throw down highlight dunks and be the face of his own team, while they look toward the 2019 draft.

There are probably better deals out there but it popped into my head and made a certain kind of sense.

That actually does make a lot of sense.  Cleveland needs to rebuild and it could convince Butler to stay in Minnesota.

Yup. And that's why I want no part of KAT.

An NBA insider was on the radio today, and he was talking about how KAT isn't interested in playing defense, and is more worried about his stats than anything.

He also said KAT isn't a high-character guy.

The Wolves are in a tough spot with him. He's their most talented player but doesn't seem like a guy who will do what it takes to win a championship.

Their first playoff appearance in like 14 years and they lost in the first-round so now everyone is unhappy!

Yeah, I'm not interested in him, either, as the guy, well, at least to this point, anyway, just doesn't seem like he has that defensive fire/motor that the Timberwolves desperately need if they are trying to contend for a title.

What do you mean by "high character", though? Like, is he the proverbial turd in the punchbowl and/or does he have no leadership skills, etc., as I suspect, or is it something completely different and/or unrelated?

I dunno, he didn't go into great detail.

But he claimed to have multiple sources and said he was "disappointed" to hear whatever it is he heard. I got the impression it was something that went beyond basketball.

The trade would make sense for both teams.  But, I think the Cavs don't want to just tank because they lost their first rounder next year due to the Korver trade few years ago.

Sorry nevermind.  Cavs own their draft pick in 2019 if it falls between 1-10, and lose it to ATL 11-30.  So, definitely should try to tank.
