Where is he getting anything close to 25/2y in this market?

my thoughts too, same with the Favors 1yr/18m deal.
at least none of these are long term like the Spurs last year agreeing quickly to 4yr/50m with Patty Mills and overpaying Pau Gasol 3yr/48m with 40m guaranteed

Favors got 2 years at $36 million ($18 per year). Which blows my mind.
