Minnesota would probably be better off with having Rose take his place, moving forward, imo. Sure, neither guy plays any defense, lol, but Rose at least had a much better postseason than Crawford, so there's that, I guess, lol ;D.

Hard pass. 38 year old who was never a good defender. Streaky, at best, on offense. I'd rather give minutes to someone like Kadeem Allen or Jabari Bird and see if they've got anything.

At some point, you have to give some love to younger players or those who went overseas to improve their skills to have a shot or another shot at the NBA.

Having said that, and not wanting to be considered making age discrimination comments, if Danny/CBS feel he's the best "fit" for the team, then march on.

Probably won’t be.  He’ll cost less in resources to dump come February.

Not too much (<$450k) but it could be the difference between the tax and not the tax, so it matters.

No thanks. He's not the offensive weapon he was in LAC, which forgave his weak defence
'23 Historical Draft: Orlando Magic.

PG: Terry Porter (90-91) / Steve Francis (00-01)
SG: Joe Dumars (92-93) / Jeff Hornacek (91-92) / Jerry Stackhouse (00-01)

C: Chris Webber (00-01) / Ralph Sampson (83-84) / Andrew Bogut (09-10)

Fair enough. What about Kadeem Allen? Basketballreference.com says that it's guaranteed for $50,000, so yeah. I know that his is a two-way contract, but is that all that it would cost if we were to, say, release/waive him, or does he have some kind of buyout clause?

The $50k doesn’t count against the tax.  He’s sticking around another year as a 2-way.
