Absolutely. Equally because of those things I wouldn't want us to hold him back. They guy is due a shot at being GM.

My point is that even if Mike Zarren is the brains, there are others in the pipeline, and all will not be lost. The Cs will be fine.

I don’t need Zarren’s job.  I’d be quite fine with a rung or two down the ladder filling the role of the person who replaces him internally.
