How long do you expect this Warriors dynasty to last?

Agreed with all the intelligent folks who acknowledge the Warriors run will be over next season at the hands of the Celtics.

Boston is going to be the new dynasty in the NBA.

2 years after this. Money is going to start to matter. What if Klay wants to get paid his market value next summer? What are Draymond and Iggy going to want when their deals are up? What happens to that locker room if Iggy retires after the '20 season or if he's washed up?

Even if everyone takes paycuts, the repeater tax is going to come into play and they're going to struggle to stock the team 5-12. And if they break apart, in one way or another, after 2 more seasons, we're talking about a 6 year run of contention which is great.

EDIT: And I'm talking about how long they can keep the team together. They'll lose to the Celtics next season.

depends on two thing: 1. the health of kyrie and Hayward (think celts are the biggest competitor to the warriors with those two healthy) and 2. Free Agent movement this summer. where will LeBron go? There's just too many possibilities to even try to predict where LeBron, George, kawhi will end up..

But hopefully this team is dismantled soon. Easily the most unlikable team - other than the Heat - of the 21st century.

The Warriors will be the favorites in the West for the next 5 years at least. Generally I agree with the reasoning that things always never last as long as it seems it would be, but this team is unprecedented.

However the Celtics could beat them next season. We have an incredibly good deep team (Ainge is a genius) when everybody is healthy. But maybe salary restrictions will have a greater effect on us to keep the core together than the Warriors.
