shooting is in the legs - fatigue finally caught up with us.

We need a bench sharpshooter and an athletic rebounder/defender added inside.
good point

I've been saying we need a good bench wing for a while and was killed for saying that

We only have brown Hayward and tatum

Great season, but this was garbage tonight....we get a rebound and pound the ball into the wood....no fast breaks, no making the Cavs scramble....NOTHING....this is why we missed "open" shots.
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Rozier and Brown go from the best non-Lebron players on the floor in game 6 to absolute trash in game 7. We had a lot of chances at the end, but nobody except Tatum could hit a gd shot. And, why Brad thought it was a good idea to put Rozier back in for Brown is beyond me.

Incrdible.

Just inexplicably poor decision-making by Brad tonight. Literally did nothing all night long, and just like in game 6 his poor timeout calling led to them getting big runs. And let's not even begin to talk about his hesitance to rein in Rozier and Brown who went 6 for freaking 32 tonight.

Overrated coach, especially on here. Couldn't even beat this Cavs team without Love on our homecourt because he's too passive and soft to discipline and control his effing players.
He really lost his way tonight. I still think he's a top 2 coach in the league, but dear God that was a shocking performance. Him, Rozier and Brown were the holy trinity of chokers tonight

No way a top 2. A top coach doesn't let his guys kill them with ill advised 3 balls.
If they win it all next year it will be due to a stacked roster and nothing more.

A TOP COACH TELLS THEM THROW IT BACK IN POST TO AL OR BACK TO PNR that killed them. he looks lioike he just does not GA F what they do!
LET'S GO CELTICS!

also, this is what I posted before the game. told ya so.

the stars are aligned for LeBron to look great.

- overcoming the "fatigue"

- overcoming an "injury"

- dragging a bunch of scrubs to the finals

- now short-handed missing his pet kevin love

- if the rockets(short-handed) somehow find a way to beat the warriors no doubt chris paul will be limited if he even plays at all.

anyone feeling positive about this game is lying to themselves. this has loss written all over it.
Curse you and your painfully accurate predictions ;)

Did not play well but I don't think they were overwhelmed by the moment. I think they played better in game six but the officials did a surgical hose job. To me that was the difference in the series.

If the refs from qtr 4 showed up in qtr1, we probably win.

That being said Boston could've played through it and won had a couple guys not shoot like they're trying to impress the hot girl watching at the park.

Wow.

I miss Kyrie. I miss Gordon.

Jaylen no showed. Rozier stunk up the joint. A choke job.

I understand missing kyrie, but gordon has played 5 minutes for us...hard to "miss" him
hayward is easily our best player

Nah...kyrie is but my point is hard to miss a guy that wasn't really part of this years team in hayward

  • I'm a Paul Heyman guy.
another 3-2 series lead blown to lebron??

DISGUSTING

Looks like it :-\.

eff this. we won 3 games convincingly and this is what we got in game 7? i'd rather been swept

and wait for next year with everybody back. how can u play this stupid?

Same, and as for that one possession with the consecutive misses from three as if no other shot was available, well, analytics ::) ;D. Morons. These guys just don't get it.

we are such a stupid team

now the lebron blowing commences disgusting

how do u give lebron this game

HE DID NOT EARN ****

I hate these posts. Give this team credit.
We lost in the last minutes of game seven of the ECF aganist the best player ever (behind MJ)  without our best players.
No team can do what we have done this year.
And we found an all atar in a 20 year rookie.
This is a wonderful season

Exactly.

LeBron needed 7 games, and a terrible game for us to get thru. It took Rozier and Brown clanking shots for him to get past us. And even then, we were in that game until the last minute.

It's understandable that it's disappointing, but we had one heck of a season, and there's a lot to be proud about, and to look forward to.

Can't wait to see Kyrie and Gordon with this team.

the MSM does not give two craps about that they will say LEBRON IS GREAT FOR ANOTHER 3-2 comeback againt celtics  they wont say we choked it away

this series shoulda never went 7 thats why u finish these guys early.

I really don't care what the MSM media thinks. I'm proud of what we did this season. Disappointed, but we weren't supposed to be getting this far anyway.

We were playing with house money since Gordon got hurt, even more so with Kyrie going down. It took a crappy game from two of our guys for LeBron to get thru. I don't care what the media says, we had a hell of a season.

The only positive coming from this game is that Danny can unequivocally make that decision between Smart and Rozier now.

Dude's lack of BBIQ was a major factor in giving up this game. He and Brown completely shot us out of the game and were instrumental in that Cavs run in the third that was the gamechanger.

I mean, I guess, but Smart was 1-10 and took some ill-advised shots himself. I get that he is a 'pitbull' on defense and I really hope we can re-sign him for a MLE-level contract - not making the finals might help that - but he is just god-awful at all aspects of putting the ball in the hoop.

Unfortunately we will probably need to wait until after the draft to make a Terry deal because who knows what will happen in FA with Smart.

Exactly y’all are drunk for blaming brad

Yep. Overrated is the word. Good coach but he doesn't have control of the team.

you are all mental... held the Cavs to 90 points and gort his guys wide open shots...he has nothing to do with all the misses ... like they say you can only play with the cards you got!!!
