The initial run by the Cavs was fueld by a sequence where the C's turned the ball over trying to get it inside and then an ill-advised 3 by Smart to shut down the Cavs momentum.
CBS should have called a TO right then and there in that 6-0 burst and told the guys the Cavs were overplaying inside passes and playing with more active hands resulting in deflections and then points. SWING THE BALL around the perimeter when they see that and it's ok for Smart to drive the ball to pack them in even more and kick the ball outside over the shoulder to a wide open JB for a 3 that got JB going.
That's what good game coaches (not the ATO ones) do to re-focus the team re: what they need to do to score points and keep the pressure on the Cavs.
