Biggest game of Al Horford's career and he's 0-4 in the first half. Love the guy, am rarely down on him, but that's not even close to good enough.
this is NOT an elimination game for the celtics. not the biggerst game in his career at all.

let's see how he does in the second half.
but it is the biggest game of his carreer currently
I trust Danny Ainge

If we play the 2nd half of our lives, we win this despite Lebron going off.

We shot ourselves in the foot soo many times during Game 4 that even though we outplayed them, we lost anyways and never really came back.

Biggest game of his career and Al has 0 points at the half.  Wth.

They keep doubling Horford, forcing him to pass out. Our other guys have to make them pay when they do that.

Lol, just saw this comment - basically what I posted later. I agree. Someone needs to yell in his ear.

Official: Kevin Love is OUT the rest of this game.

Poor Kevin! He already had a concussion earlier this season, not good. I don't wish that for any player on any team.

If it's a concussion, then he's out for Game 7. Best case scenario is like 72 hours

Multiple concussions can lead to long term problems. Just look at the NFL.

Absolutely, but based on game 1 I don't think the Cleveland medical staff is worried about long term health
I'm bitter.

At least two of Tatum/Horford/Smart/Morris HAVE to show up in the 2nd half to go along with Jaylen. Otherwise, we're on to Game 7...

i dont wish injuries on love, or anyone. but the celtics need to take advantage of this.

lebron has played 24 minutes so far. he cant keep it up.

Cannot let Clarkson, Nance and Jeff Green beat you.

Cannot turn the ball over on offense

Cannot shoot lazy 3s..esp by Smart and Morris

Boston playing like they have a 3-2 lead. That will cost them. Cannot give LeRoach life in a game 7

Al started aggressive in the first few minutes but then he’s turned into a shrinking violet while Tatum just looks uncoordinated tonight

That said we were still in it except terrible shot selections from smart and Maurice missing bunnies in the 2nd qtr killed us

Brown and Rozer have done their part.  Tatum needs to wake up.  And I understand your point, but it's just not enough.. as our leader, Al has to find his spots and carry more of the load offensively.

What a BS call...

It was a foul.  He hit Lebron on the arm.  Did not get ball. That is a foul.

Just like the foul on Morris? Oh, that's right - different criteria when you're wearing wine and gold.
He actually hit ball first then got arm. But the bs was Mike Callahan watching the ball go out of bounds and then suddenly realizing "hey I should've actually called a foul for lebron right there" and then proceeding to blow the whistle 2 seconds late. Refs overall have been terrible for us, but we all knew that coming into this..
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

why can't brad call a time  out before this got so out of hand?????
I would not be surprised if he doesn’t have want to give James a rest. That, and time outs don’t really stop runs.  That’s a myth.

Yes that's right up there with Lue's logic about not playing Korver last game.
Check out out how well that last timeout worked.

BECAUSE HE WAITED TOO LONG TO CALL IT IN THE FIRST PLACE... That's the entire point; he allowed them to get in their groove by not curbing it and settling us down.

I don't understand what is so difficult to understand about this. It's a fundamental part of basketball coaching.

THANK YOU
Um, it’s been proven that time outs don’t stop runs, whether you call them early, late, or in between.  So what exactly are you killing him for?

"Proven"  ::) Lol you're so full of it. Your Brad Apologism knows no bounds.

Is this a CoachBo impression (just replacing "Ainge" with "Stevens")?

Nope. That's what p---es me off - I love Brad as the coach and don't want him replaced by any means.

However, he is so coddled and heralded on this blog that any type of criticism against him is taken as nut job extreme bias against him.
