Honestly this doesn't bother me.  My boss' son has a therapy dog, which is sometimes in our office when not needed at home, and the dog is a huge hit and generally makes the office a happier place.

Maybe they should also consider giving all of the Cavs players Eastern Conference Finals participation trophies too, after hopefully the Celtics win the series.

So the "therapy dog" is supposed to raise the players' spirits after a tough loss, and help prepare them mentally to succeed in the next game?

Here in Boston, I think we call that stuff the job of the "coach."

Most of the therapy dogs I know have a better game than JR Smith, so you can't blame them....Oh sorry! I thought the dog was going to play....never mind.
