Kings 2019 first + Grizzlies 2019 first + Rozier for #2. Is this enough to entice the Kings?

Seems like a fair trade.

Kings 2019 first + Grizzlies 2019 first + Rozier for #2

Is this enough to entice the Kings? If not, what about

Kings 2019 first + Grizzlies 2019 first + #27 + Rozier for #2

Worst case scenario, we include the Clips pick as well.

Would you guys do any of those deals? More importantly, do you see the Kings doing any of those deals?

That is a huge over pay. If I were the Kings I'd take that deal.

Not our problem if the trade is done, seemingly.

They get Philly's 2019 first instead.

Not sure why Sacramento would want with Rozier since they have Fox and Hield and are intent on developing them. Sometimes you have to think from the other team's perspective. Team's across the league with young developing PGs aren't going to look at Rozier as being valuable to them. That includes teams like Sacramento, Dallas, Chicago, Philadelphia, and Atlanta, you know, teams in the top 10 of the draft.

In which case, the Kings will never do it until the lottery next year

I was thinking of a similar trade for the #2 pick, and thought Rozier would fit good next to Fox, but when I looked at the Roster forgot that they traded for Hield.

Didn't know if we could make a move for WCS or Skal that wouldn't cost us much. It would help SAC to free up some of the BIGS spots so they can get one of the prime bigs in this draft.

in the poll, where is the option for "none of the above since they are all silly."  ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

Not sure why they'd do it either. Just throwing out an idea for discussion. Having said that, Hield was not a starter this year. He played in 80 games for the Kings. Started only 13 of them.

Yeah with Fox, Frank Mason, and Hield, the Kings have an excellent set of point guard prospects who are cost controlled for a while. They have no need for Rozier who is due a new contract next summer.

The Chicago Bulls could certainly use Rozier though. Is the #7 pick worth it?

Isn't Chicago sold on Dunn as their PG of the future? Why have Rozier for a year with Dunn and Lavine on the team?

Kings are not trading their number 2 pick end of story.
There isn't anythinh that we have that will make them flinch even if you include Tatum.

I don't think it's a bad trade at all. However I don't think the Kings would want Rozier. Would they still do it if it was Morris? Talent drop-off but a player who would help get into the playoff hunt

I don't see the Kings doing it for 2 reasons:
1. #2 projects to be Doncic --> this is a guy who projects out to be the do-everything player they need to start improving as a franchise.  2 or 3 picks next year with Rozier isn't going to make that happen.
2. this leaves the Kings with no first round picks this year unless the C's send #27 which wouldn't cut it.

If the C's were to give this much up to get #2 --> who's the target?  Ayton is likely gone at #1 so Doncic would seem to BPA at that point but why move that many assets to get a player that plays your team's most loaded position (wing)?

If we're targetting someone else, I would think we'd look to acquire a lower pick for a lesser cost.
