Kyrie threatened the Cavs with having an operation during season-so therefore it is fair to assume he must have had some pain or irritation.
During our season, he also suffered flareups leading to his first operation and then removing the screws.
The really good news is the knee is structurally sound.
Kyrie said he has only scratched the surface and i believe him having a balky knee myself. His playing with any soreness or threat of would have been limiting.
Having all the hardware removed the bone regrowing over the holes and a knee structurally sound and that will not need constant maintenance should be quite liberating.

Kyrie knowing he is 100% and free of twinges of pain or constant soreness and swelling.
Danny got us one of the best ball handler ever a five time all star at only 26.A number one pick in draft ,rookie of the year.
As good as Rozier has played he is not Kyrie.
Remember he" only scratched the surface" you saw the pure joy he was feeling playing with Hayward
Now he has Tatum and Brown and Rozier and Smart and HORFORD  and Theis

he ll be amazing next year .

he is only a few years older than Rozier.

traded IT 50 th pick , crowder and 8 th pick for Kyrie Irving ......this is so awesome most folks really don't get it.

almost like cheating the indians out of Staten Island.

I had to post this, anybody thinking of trading Kyrie just doesn't understand that Ainge has put us with a player that will bring us a banner and another retired number with a place in Springfield. He is that good  a proven commodity and very likable..
This guy has IT like Tatum has IT-that is why they were both first picks
Rozier should stay and keep learning and winning
