How about an elbow to the face. Little Edited.  Profanity and masked profanity are against forum rules and may result in discipline.

If they called the fouls they should this guy and Matthew Dellavedova of the last series would foul out in four minutes.  He won't get that hot again!

The irony here is that Arizona recruited me very aggressively at the time McConnell transferred from Duquesne.  I chose to focus more on academics, horticulture, and my now ex-wife, but I'm happy to see him playing so well.

I think the 'wall' that the Celtics D had successfully set up over the first 3 games really broke down thanks to that 2nd quarter.  Simmons was getting into the lane as well.  I imagine that will be the focus for Game 5 so I would not expect McConnell to be as big a factor.

Still can't get over the hatchet job Foster & co did on them last night.

Is he really a headache? I just see him as a guy who scraps and is very competitive, but I don't find him to be annoying or anything like that?

Still, it continues to amaze me that he was on Tatum for long stretches during game 4 and only once, iirc, did Boston ever get the ball to Jayson in the post against "Not Mitch" ;D. It's just dumb basketball, quite honestly, but what the hell do I know, lol? ;D

We had 4 starters with 3 fouls in the 1st half... That Calmed our defense down a ton in the second half.. Losing Larkin really hurt as well...

I dont expect the Refs to foul us out in Boston... We will be fine..

He doesn’t have a dirty rep like Dellavedova from the MIL series...

So there’s that.

Sixers switch everything so just spread PNR with Horford and let big al take him to big man camp all night long.

Or start jaylen instead of Smart to take advantage of the mismatch of either of the JayJays over JJ Redick.

If they continually get overpowered on one end, I think they would have to make adjustments regardless of how effective McConnel may be in the offensive end.

It really would help having Larkin - he doesn't have to crouch (and hence lose speed) to get his whole body in front of the dribble..
