Last ten years it has to be LeBron James.

Everyone I could think of was just someone making threes or dunks off of LeBron killing us, so I think we just have to acknowledge its just LeBron.

For a while now, teams that can get a shooter on the corner 3 has often been killers for us. I recall Mo Williams doing just that for example while on Cleveland.
The main thing I remember about Mo Williams was whomever he guarded in 2009-2010 we just ran our offense through them for long stretches to abuse him.

I agree with this 100%.  We have taken a lotta lumps from Lebron.  We got by him a few times in the KG/PP/Rondo/RA era, but he has been the biggest one lately.

If we're going by stars, it HAS to be Lebron for the past decade.  There really isn't anyone else that's close.

For non-stars, I always hate when we play against Enes Kanter. The dude just gets offensive rebound after offensive rebound with easy put-backs.

Greg Monroe was always a problem - probably a good thing we signed him.

Zeller with the revenge game 6, posting an efficient 28/12.
Then follows it up with 31/16!

After the series Brad admits that he didn't know what he had on his roster in prior years.

You are definitely correct if you include stars. LeBron has been the toughest opponent.

The OP's original post though...
" You know, these players that can are often role players, sometimes even scrubs, but who, for whatever reason, play lights out against the Celtics and thus that you are really worried about when they are on the court ?"

LeBron played lights out against every team in the League almost all the time. If we are including stars, then just about any SA Spur starter would fit the bill.(Since we only played SA twice a year we say LeBron. Playing the Spurs 4 times a year we might feel Tim Duncan would get our vote.

Absolutely.  Funny, I think about him almost every day because at my job our QA team is made up of two guys named Andrew and Tony.  And when their manager says their names, she says "Andrew Tony" ... not "Andrew and Tony".  So, I'm reminded of the pain on a daily basis.  Hopefully we don't hire "Bobby Jones" next.  ;)

Why has nobody mentioned Devin Booker yet?  Probably because he does it in a losing effort.  So, I guess he's the biggest Celtics pest.

I agree.   Thorn in Bostons rear.

That kid for Suns , has lit up Boston a time or two.   He is an insane scorer .

Always in a losing effort. A killer means you get the job done.
