I'll admit, I NEVER knew there was an NBA team out there that actually threw out confetti and streamers after a single playoff game... until now. I didn't even know it was a thing. Obviously you can if you win the Finals, but a single playoff game as early as Round 1?!?

But I guess as Milwaukee has shown us, it can be a thing.

I hear a lot of people think it's ridiculous and embarassing (on this blog, other Celtics media sites, even other fan bases), but I actually don't mind it. Am I the only one who just feels neutral about it?

Anyways, could TD Garden do that? Maybe we could intimidate opponents even more after playoff wins by releasing them  :P

Or did I just bring shame to the people on here by suggesting this?  :P

Didn't the Wizards do the same thing last year? I vaguely remember being confused about confetti after one if the games
I'm bitter.

No way it could ever work in Boston but I'm not going to judge other sports cities.  We are VERY fortunate to be New England sports fans.  It really is a big deal if Milwaukee can win a playoff series.  These games carry a lot more weight because their definition of a successful season is different than ours.

Should only be when they win last win to get to finals. As they won the ECF. Then game on winning championship. Any other times its weird

I’m calling for champagne celebrations after every win.

While we're at it, how about champagne wishes and caviar dreams?

Yeah, I could tell when Thon Maker had a block during the 3rd quarter of Game 3 and was celebrating like he'd just made the game winning block in Game 7 of the Finals.

I will admit though, that crowd is electric. But maybe it's because they don't often win playoff series lol so winning a game is huge there.
