Disappointing that they chose to go to Morris on the most important possession of the game.  Not getting the ball in the hands of Horford, Brown, or Tatum is a mistake, plain and simple.

I don't think he was the first option, though.

Surely Brad wanted to get that to anyone else, but the Bucks made sure that it couldn't get there. Morris had the entire right side to himself. With no timeouts left, you're left with no choice.

You could get a far worse shot for what was most likely a third option.  No problems with it.

It was not a third option. At best it was a 1B option.

But what makes it even better - Rozier was the 1A option. Morris and Rozier were a combined 7-25 at that point in the game....

Those two options were terrible. Rozier and Morris were the last two I want taking the shot

I wouldn't mind Rozier taking the shot. May be cold all night but got that clutch factor in him.

But the ball should've went to either Brown, Tatum, or Horford.

Suffering through an ESPN broadcast for 2 and a half hours really makes me appreciate Mike, scal, and even Tommy so much more. Hubie brown is just lost and rambles on and on without actually connecting the dots with what he's saying. Then you got this other guy who's in his late 40s trying to throw in sayings teenagers say into the broadcast, it's just a trainwreck with those 2. I'm sorry but I'm not trying to hear "Giannis caught a body" over and over..
If you think this was bad, just tune into a NE Revolution game on the radio...
Haha if I do watch soccer its Portugal national team or real Madrid from time to time. Not too big on mls
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

We need Smart back to take some of Larkin's minutes because Larkin has been HORRIBLE and he is a green light for the Milwaukee offense to go at him. Get his tiny body back on the bench.

Brad Stevens says the two options on the final play were Rozier coming off a misdirection, which was taken away by a switch, or the one-on-one shot that Morris took.

Holy hell, Brad. So you're telling me the two options that you came up with involved the two players who have been absolute garbage the past two games and were a combined 7 for 25 at that point?

Let's hear the Brad apologists explain this ish.

In Brad's defense, it wasn't as bad as the Jared Sullinger 3's he used to draw up ATO.

But yeah, not the ideal options there.

While I'm certainly not a Brad apologist by any means, both Rozier and Morris had made big shots in the fourth and certainly bailed us out in the first two games, so I don't necessarily think that those were the worst options, available, and with our luck, Terry probably would have made that three, lol.

That said, why does Brown never get the ball in the post against Brogdon?

That's disgraceful.

You give the ball to your best players, period.  Brad outsmarted himself.

If this is the case, its not the worst idea.  If everyone on this board was clamoring for the ball to go to one of the kids or Al, so was everyone in Milwaukee.

Yes, I'm sure everyone in Milwaukee was wanting Brown (34 points on 54% shooting), Tatum (21 points on 44% shooting), or Big Al (13 points on 50% shooting) to take the shot over Rozier (10 points on 25% shooting) or Morris (13 points on 28.5 % shooting).

Our bench was 5-21 tonight.

That's what happens when 4 of your top 10 guys are hurt.

And we STILL almost won.

Makes me wanna cry thinking about how good we'd be if we were healthy.

There's always next year, but it gets tiring saying "next year". I've waited for 10 years lol.
