HOFer and the Sixers all time leading scorer passed away over the weekend.  He was 81.  He was a part of the great Sixers' teams in the 60's (including the 68 win title team).
Mock Deadline - Hornets - Current Roster
PG - Teague, Rubio, MCW, Stone
SG - Monk, Lamb, Muhammad
SF - Wiggins, Sefolosha, Bacon
PF - Kaminsky, Faried, O'Bryant
C - Howard, Bradley

I am old enough to remember him play. Those sixers teams were formidable. RIP.

I became avid Celtic fan in 1966-67 season when Philly went 68-13 and knocked out Celtics in 5 games, if memory serves me. Wilt Chamberlain got most of credit but Hal Greer was a great piece of that team.

RIP Hal Greer. Thanks for the memories, even the bad ones.
