That game was heart attack material
That was playoff basketball and our young guys played like vets.
Marcus  and Al teamed up well on defense
Jason and his blocked shots

during moments such as these, i recommend lots of alcohol. it may not affect the game, but you won't care. ;D
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

I hear ya bro.

I took took my blood pressure meds about an hour before the game. By the end of regulation I was getting concerned. I almost decided to lie down in bed with my cat to calm down.

Anyways, the Celtics won and I'm still alive what could be better than that.

When Middleton hit that shot I buried my face in my hands and sighed.  Not because I thought the Celts were going to lose ... I just didn't want to have to go through another 15 minutes of heart-thumping stressful basketball.

They pulled it out though.  Good win.
You’ll have to excuse my lengthiness—the reason I dread writing letters is because I am so apt to get to slinging wisdom & forget to let up. Thus much precious time is lost.

Amazing how Celts couldn't close them out but kept scrapping for r the win.

Love this team. Keep going til Marcus and Hayward and Kyrie are ready to return!!

I almost switched it of to watch on replay-i believed after Middleton hit that three that we  would be deflated
I should know better with Ainge picking our players and Brad grooming them-
Regular season saw some incredible comebacks
then the season before the celtics defense pulled them back so many times.Boston Garden must have been bedlam.Absolute bedlam
Takeaways from game 1 players have to go catch it not wait for it or the bucks length causes turnovers
No more pocket passes from too close and too low to Monroe.
Lesson learned i would think.

You young watchers must love it-the exhilaration ,despair,  overtime nerves -and then the win.
I Don't want to do that again-but i will

Rollie Massimino conditioned us for tight games .drilled us with foul shots after suicides, conditioned us in the understanding that 8 seconds was a long time and not to rush
we weren't the most talented team but we were the best conditioned, best coached team that won close games. We did lose a couple to half court heaves.
