2: All three of Washington, Miami, and Milwaukee win tomorrow (though a Milwaukee win over Philly will set up a second round date with Cleveland, so.....)

On the plus side, Utah is absolutely whipping Golden State, right now, up 55-31 with 2:43 to go in the first half, so that's always fun .

After the discussion last night, I was under the impression that if MIL loses and MIA loses, but WAS wins, then WAS will end up in 6th over MIL (they apparently own the tie-breaker) and MIA will be 8th with the worst record.

Is this not correct? Does WAS not own the tie-breaker over MIL?
