Sign and trades have become extremely rare.

Kawhi is a cornerstone player, PG isn't.

PG has personally expressed his disdain for playing PF.

We're giving up relatively cheap and budding superstar Jaylen Brown for a guy who's about to get a max deal?

Paul George's mother thinks this is a terrible trade for the Celts.

I just don't understand the fascination of trading Horford for another swing player? 


Hayward, Tatum, Brown and George

I understand talent, but how can you put all of it on the floor in crunch time?   Is it better to have an all star level talent on the bench in a close game so Monroe or Baynes can be your C?   



The only way the Celtics should trade Horford is if they have an actual replacement for him.
