I'm not against TP bets, but I'm not sure getting to the 2nd round is worthy of a bet. Will there be another one for getting to the ECF if they get past MIL? We had gone 6 years without any bets involving TPs before last year's WAS game 7 wager.

Also, I don't think the stakes are high enough. It should be old school 'all or nothing' on TPs. Only betting a portion shows that you are not really that confident in your choice

I agree on the first point that this one doesn't feel as worthy of a bet as last year. We had just had 6 games of hit you in the mouth old school basketball from the rival Wizards and the bet felt like we were putting pur money where our mouths were. This year though I think that most would agree that even without Kyrie we're favored in the series.

I do dissagree on the all or nothing point though. I put 40 of my 160ish TP's down last year which felt like a sizable wager but not enough to swing my total TP count too far out of whack either way. That was a fun night.

I agree on both counts.  The game 7 wagers were a lot of fun.  Hopefully we have another exciting moment to ante up again soon.
