Ran into him with his head on a routine handoff and knocked him out of the game! Tough season for this kid, he just can't win.

Fultz seems kind of clumsy. Feel like he will injure himself with his playstyle. Too much random spinning and what not

That is just an unfortunate accident, in no way did Fultz do anything wrong there.  The hand off is designed to occur very close to Embiid so as not to give Fultz's defender space.  Embiid fumbled the pass and bent over into that space.
