If you'd told me before the season that Abdel Nader (or Abdul as the play-by-play kept saying) and Yabu would a focus of the post-game interview...

yabu with the knucklehead play

yabu with a nice pass on Larkin's 3

I didn't say he couldn't make a good play.  I am not one of those that says x player is 'garbage'.

you commented on one play, I commented on another.  No more, no less.

Also, Larkin's +25 stands out in the boxscore. His defense was incredible: scrambling, switching, going over screens...

Larkin has been excellent in his role all season. Whenever called upon he plays well.

Yeah him and the rest of the bench (31 points) really played well overall.  These guys are basically our 3rd string (GH, Smart, Horford, Morris, Thies all out) and they are stepping up with the effort.

With Larkin it just cracks me up that Doc for years couldn't find a backup PG for Rondo. No one they brought in it seemed was effective.  Larkin sits for games at a time, but when Brad uses him it seems like always impacts a game in some way.  And this is the 3rd string guy.

I wondered why Semi was in for the last shot.

Brad designed that play for Semi to throw off the defense and Brown was wide open. AMAZING
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

This team is gritty and constantly surprises me on how it finds a way to win. What a great team win and what a shot by Jaylen Brown!

Rozier was wide open in the corner too.  Semi thankfully saw Brown cutting back towards the center of the court and passed it to him.

I think that was a designed play all the way....that play on national TV should lock CBS for COY.

That last play design was beautiful.  By putting Ojeleye on the court at the 5 and attacking the basket with Larkin, Stevens targeted Gobert and forced him to be wrong.  Either he lets Larkin get to the rim, or he leaves Ojeleye wide open for three.

And props to Semi for the extra pass.  Instead of a good look by a below average shooter, we got a terrific look for a very good shooter.  The Jazz’ closeout to Brown is scheduled to arrive sometime in the year 2027.

Brilliant play, well executed by all involved.

Ojeleye went ham!

Nice game from him, shot well but more importantly he didnt just stand around, he made plays, cut, rebounded.

Nader played well as well.

Larking was really great today, set teammates up, fought through screens and defended well. Hope Rozier follows that.
