Paul George has the 2nd highest TS% in his career this year.  He has the lowest TOV% of his career.  It seems like he is performing just fine next to Westbrook (obviously with RW he isn't getting the rebounds or assists as prior years, but that should be expected).

Harden should win the award this year, but I can totally see Davis back dooring his way to it.
PG will perform anywhere well:
GSW, CLE, HOU, BOS, SAS....generaly any of the best teams in the league.
Westbrook?
GSW - pass
HOU - pass, can't shoot, therefore, couldn't fit.
CLE - pass, LBJ is just a better at everything and there is just 1 ball.
BOS - PASS!!!
SAS - Pop would take him, out of nuisance or pitty

Don't get me wrong, he is a great player and leader, but for mediocre teams, not the top shelf ones.

The point is, playing with Westbrook hasn't really affected George statistically at all.  Even Durant isn't all that much more efficient (shooting wise) in GS than he was his last few seasons in OKC.  This idea that Westbrook is a ball hog who makes people worse is just silly nonsense.
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Yes, you stated that point already. It was taken and then extrapolated, hence my post that "PG will perform anywhere". Even with WB.
The other thing, no one said he makes others worse, right 'Dipo?

your whole premise in this thread is that Westbrook is a selfish ball hog who is a terrible teammate and no one wants to play with him because he is a selfish ball hog.  I just find that to be preposterous.

I can't imagine any team not wanting Westbrook on their team.

BTW, who do you think should have won the MVP last season, and this season too?

Westbrook would help every single team in the NBA.

That said he was like the 4th most valuable player in the NBA last year. Harden should have won last year and he should win this year.

My last year's pick was Kawhi, while Harden was close 2nd. This year I have no alternative to Harden.
