and that is what led to his 1 game suspension and him missing the Cavs game against the Sixers last night despite being at shoot around earlier that day.

IT continues to tear their locker room apart.

In all seriousness this is hilarious and I love this league.

What made JR goulash out like that?

Throwing soup is a real pho pas.

Damon Jones must have been stewing.

You think your jokes are funny; stirring the pot like that.

It's based on your perspective, quite simply

The Cavs really should consider cutting this guy. He has been awful for a while now and he would be better off the bench. He is definitely hurting that team more than helping them.

A bit annoying that they didn't tell why he threw a bowl of soup at him. Now we have to start the guessing game, while there are so many good reasons to throw soup at somebody.

Great leader LeBron keeping his team mates in check and focused on their goals.  NOT!

He is owed $36M over the next two years (after this season). I can't see the Cavs eating that much salary just because he threw soup at an assistant coach.

There are also some variables in this: how hot was the soup? Did he just freak out in general and some soup hit Jones' legs in the process or was he aiming directly for his face? Is the relationship irreparable? Others have already made the pre-requisite jokes so I will let those be  :D

A one game suspension makes it sound like it wasn't that serious. Our very own Marcus Smart almost just had his season end by going after a picture frame. While I realize the situations were different (Smart wasn't going after anybody), both showed a lack of judgment.

Cleveland should definitely look to rid themselves of Smith, but more because of his contract/level of production than anything else.
