The guy definitely stereotyped Jamaicans as black men with dreads, which I think shows that the comment is at least borderline racist/bigoted towards Jamaicans, if not Patty Mills. Either way, stereotyping people no matter their race, color, sex or religion has no place coming out of fans towards players.
