So what do you guys think?

Brown was a beast in the rising all stars game. Tatum is playing much better than anyone expected. They’ll probably show significant improvement over the playoffs/summer too. With Embiid being an All-Star and Ben Simmons being a part of that conversation this year, it doesn’t seem to be out of the norm for young guys to be in the All-Star conversation.

No, but the year after next? Maybe.

Irving and Hayward will be too good.

I think Tatum's got a shot.

I think established stars will be picked ahead of them until their time comes.

I think Tatum will improve offensively and will put up better numbers despite the presence of Hayward. Jaylen's offensive numbers may not improve as there are only so many touches other guys will get with Kyrie, Gordon and Jayson all playing 30+ minutes.  I hope Jaylen focuses some of his attention on becoming a shut-down defender.

I went 50/50 but it's hard for me to imagine who they would bump out. There are a ton of good wings in this league.  There are other non all stars that might be ahead of them too.

Maybe as injury replacements

Brown has consistency issues to get over. Sometimes he looks flat out uninterested in the game.

Tatum is still a pup. Plus I wonder who will lose minutes where Hayward comes back.

It may be a bit early on both of them.

0% both do. Hayward returning also adds a superior talent (on their own team which limits production) to the mix.

Going to be hard for Tatum to make it in the West.

I think Brown is an All Star next season. He has some tough competition but is turning into a top notch two way player and his team will be winning, assuming he is still in Boston. Tatum is rising fast too next season but is still a bit young.

I don't think there's much of a chance.  I expect Hayward to come back as the real second option for this team, which means that Brown and Tatum likely won't have the usage to put up AS-worthy numbers.

Whether they'll be good enough to get there even with high usage is its own separate hurdle.

If the Celtics annihilate the East early, we could see four All-Stars without the gaudy stats.

I’ll assume Kyrie makes it as a starter. Then if we are running away with the East I could see Hayward and Horford make it and possibly one of Tatum/Brown.

We are getting to the talent level and system/execution where I don’t think stats will matter.

We may see something like:
Kyrie 20ppg
Hayward 18ppg
Brown 17ppg
Tatum 16ppg
Horford 13ppg
etc.
