Why do you ask? Solely to bait and troll IT fans? Must be nice to be of the majority opinion, without consequences.  TP to you, fast Eddie.  Have fun.
IT? I'd take Larkin before that!

(That is what trolling looks like)

Another head game by a tactless vulture or is it road kill vulture--

Aren't you due for another Semi post?

And now you're being disrespectful.  Rollie, continue to share your insights.  You bring a unique perspective to CsBlog.
hold up, calling someone a "tactless vulture or road kill vulture" is all good, a little taunt about Semi is "disrespectful"

That seems wrong to me.

IT by far.

I think he more or less figures it out and we could use his scoring off the bench. Plus Im not a big Rozier fan. I think he's overrated defensively and IT can actually run the offense. Plus he's actually good at scoring.

I doubt he'll ever be last years IT, but its an easy decision for me anyway.

Isaiah hands down.

I like Rozier and he's coming off a great game, but come on now... healthy IT > Rozier

  • Let's Go Celtics!
I have been a very vocal Rozier fan, but would definitely go with IT if we are simply talking the rest of this season (not taking Rozier’s extra bargain year into consideration).

People around here sure have short memories. Not only do they forget how amazing IT played the last few years for Boston, but they also can’t remember a couple of weeks ago when Rozier was pretty terrible. We are also talking about an IT that would strictly go against 2nd units. This poll shouldn’t even be close and, yet, it is favoring Rozier!

A healthy Isaiah is still top 20 PG. Adding that to any bench is downright bonkers.

That's a low bar for 30-team league, lol.

PG: Kyrie Irving/Patty Mills/Jalen Brunson
SG: OG Anunoby/Norman Powell/Matisse Thybulle
SF: Gordon Hayward/Demar Derozan
PF: Giannis Antetokounmpo/Robert Covington
C: Kristaps Porzingis/Bobby Portis/James Wiseman

That's funny as heck. TP.

There's no doubt that someone would take IT and it's a fairly ludicrous suggestion otherwise. No, IT hasn't looked good in Cleveland (has anyone?) but does anyone doubt that IT wouldn't get a huge boost being plugged back into Brad's system? I wouldn't expect him to get 28ppg this year but don't tell me that he wouldn't get 20ppg this year even off the bench in Boston.

If anyone thinks it's just IT, well Crowder looks awful this year as well. He's 409th!!! out of 471 in defensive rating, scoring dropped by 5ppg, rebounds and assists are down 50% and his eFG is down 75 points. He wasn't hurt. It's just that Cleveland's system and their lack of athleticism is killing them. Brad could find ways to bring out the best of these guys. That's not happening this year.

Plug either/both back into Boston and they'd look great (or in Crowder's case, decent) again.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

Why is that "trolling"? I do think it's pretty remarkable that in just 8 months the pendulum has swung so drastically that, if the rules permitted them to, the Celtics would decline a IT for Rozier swap.

Does this mean that no one is allowed to criticize IT, simply because you happen to really like him? That seems a bit unreasonable.

Don't think it's trolling either. Just amazing frankly that Rozier has a better future all of a sudden.

Actually, yeah, a few players in Cleveland have looked good, or at least similar to past years. Guys like Wade, Love, Green, Calderon, so chalking it up as just a Cleveland thing seems like a reach.

Okay, I'll tell you that Thomas wouldn't get 20 ppg off-the-bench on this current team. Whether you want to admit or not, the injury has really impacted his game that was heavily dependent on athleticism. So that separation that he would generate, and need in order to get his shot off, has now been reduced significantly. He's shooting 36% from the field, with some of the worst perimeter defense around, and it's not because of the system. I mean Fred Van Fleet dominated him in a matchup as bad as a PG can get dominated. Fred Van Fleet?

Is there an option for someone to change their vote? Asking for the 11 members that voted for IT.

I'm gonna save this thread, because I love Rozier but don't just count Isaiah Thomas out...

Let's wait and see till the end of the season or at least Isaiah to fully recover. He's not 100%.

Other than that, I'm so happy with how Rozier has been performing.
