I've always liked him.

He can pass, rebound, and shoot outside. He shoots a high percentage on long 2s, but he hasn't been able to get consistent from 3.

He fouls a lot, but he is a decent position and on-ball defender.

Yes, but he is a career 42% from 16 feet to the 3 point line, which normally indicates that the player can be 33-35% from 3.

Fundamentals might be similar. O'Quinn blocks more shots and is a better distributor.

And as I said, I think O'Quinn has more potential to stretch the floor.

He's about 4 years younger too.

I've always liked Kyle, but with Theis' shot starting to fall, I'm not inclined to take away his minutes if he doesn't feel a legit need. I'm more interested in a capable bench scorer.
