  • GOT IT!!!
Lakers are a lottery team. What’s the C’s excuse? Man the offense is as worse as it’s ever been this year.

Tatum blocked at the rim with another underhanded layup.  Would think the coaching staff would break him of that habit by now.

This is what happens when you don't stagger your starters, Brad.

EDIT: It's got to be a college coach thing, because several other college-to-NBA coaches also struggle with this, e.g. Donovan.

Ya the problem is who is he supposed to stagger them with? Horford would help but he's ot a guy who is gonna carry a unit by imposing his will. Many say Tatum but asking a 19 yo to be a go to scorer is a bit much. Brown isn't there yet. we don't have a lot of elite offensive players soo theres gonna be a drop off with Irving oout. Hayward will go a long way.

The few times he went to it earlier in the year, the stagger with Horford and Tatum with the second unit worked really well. No idea why we went away from it. With Baynes starting and Morris back, you can spend a good deal of time (especially the start of the 2nd) with a unit of Rozier, Smart, Tatum, Morris, and Horford.

I think so. Just needs to fight through it like Brown did last year.

He went away from it because when you have two starters playing with your second unit you are essentially going with an eight man rotation and Brad has never been the kind of guy to pair his rotation down. Irving is playing like 33 minutes a game, and nobody else is above 32. I agree in principle, brad can do a better job with his rotations but the bigger problem is the Celtics two backups guards are inefficient.

Do these sports leagues actually understand that people go to school to study broadcasting and they should get these jobs that they hand to ex jocks? Most of these ex jocks are horrible broadcasters.
