  • A true Celtic plays with heart.
Somewhere David Fitzdale is thinking, "excellent..."
"I bomb atomically, Socrates' philosophies and hypotheses
Can't define how I be dropping these mockeries."

Is the glass half-full or half-empty?
It's based on your perspective, quite simply
We're the same and we're not; know what I'm saying? Listen
Son, I ain't better than you, I just think different

This was a long time coming. That team has a lot of talent they not be a lower playoff seed with bledsoe, middleton and giannis. Will see if they climb standings with better coach.

Is Lue next?

I thought they would better than an around .500 team this year, but this one does seem a bit odd given the injury to Parker (and to a lesser extent Teletovic and Dellavedova), the trade dumping Monroe and adding Bledsoe and the fact that John Henson and Tony Snell really are the best options at 2 starting spots.

They aren't a very well constructed team.  They need to surround Giannis with shooters, and aside from Snell their "shooters" aren't shooting the ball well at all (which is why they actually miss Teletovic) and that problem won't be fixed when Parker returns.  Middleton and Bledsoe are good players, but they are best as a #3/4 type options.  Parker has the potential to be a #2 option and fix that problem, but I don't see how they can realistically play Parker, Giannis, and a center (especially Maker or Henson) for any real length of time.

Kidd may have needed to go, but they need a GM that can properly build that team around Giannis, and thus far they haven't done that.

About time he got canned, he is a horrible coach. But I agree with Moranis, its a poorly constructed roster, its not all Kidd's fault that the team is hovering around .500.

Getting rid of Kidd is a good start but doing it mid-season when the Bucks are in a playoff spot shows a poorly run organization.  I think it was the Bucks owners whose contention on choosing a GM last offseason was a bit of a fiasco.  Chris Haynes tweeted Kidd found out about the firing via the media and that Giannis is devastated.

While this doesn't vindicate Billy King for the Garnett/Pierce trade, it backs up more of my assertion that the biggest mistake of all was hiring Kidd to coach that team.  Thank god he did.

He was always meant to be a Celtic but Danny screwed that up.

Not happy about this. I don't like Kidd at all and think he's a dirt bag. But this could help the Buck down the road and I don't want to help possible good teams.
