Can anyone really argue against Lou Williams for the DPE right now? I mean, he's exactly what we need right now, and honestly what could we get with the DPE that's better? He'd also come cheap, too.

It takes two to make a trade. What would the Celtics have to give up?

could be time to get rid of the driftwood. but what can we get in return? exactly. larkin is a value. theis was a steal. keep smart. rozier, yabu, semi, are the questions. any of those worth keeping to see if they pan out? if so how long do we give them? or do we keep them and dump nader and larkin, etc?

Loosing Theis tonight hurt. Danny has to sign another big.

yeah our paint D was GOD AWFUL and was exposed tonight. we could use a BIG and a wing bench scorer. i think it is time to move on from some of these young guys.

Not just the bench. Offense too dependent on one player.

the offense as a whole blows goats now. no flow. no creativity. no continuity. stupid shot taking etc.

I look at things this way: once Hayward went down this became a developmental year. Develop Brown, Tatum, Ojeleye, Theis and Yabusele. Yes, they have played like one of the best in the league, but I feel there will be a regression back to the norm, which we may be seeing now.

Can't wait for next year with a healthy Hayward, Brown and Tatum a year developed, and possibly a top 5 pick. I think they are contenders next year. I think we might start seeing more games like this. And no matter what, I am going to watch every game and cheer them on and hope they go as far as they can...maybe even to a championship. But I just don't expect it.

Brad is not even letting the kid play. If they're just gonna put up a putrid effort on a game, might as well get the kid's feet wet.

He got some meaningful minutes at the end of the first and beginning of the second. He did nothing but we got his feet wet. After the first half, Stevens was coaching to win and that meant Baynes, Yabu, Theis and Semi wasn't going to get minutes.

Jazz shot 48%

13 for 25 from three

Celtics shot 40.7%

9 for 31 from three

Hit a couple more shots? Maybe you win the game.

I have noticed that we are getting a lot of opponents' "best game." Knocking off the best record in the NBA is a motivator...

Irving is shooting too much and dribbling way too much - as advertised.
This destroys Stevens' ball movement offense.

Yeah, I know he has often shot a good percentage, but that argument misses the point. The rest of the players are not as involved in the offense as they need to be.

Hayward must've been disappointed losing to his former team at the TD Garden. The Jazz got the last laugh on this.

The Celtics are playing sloppy ball lately. They look like second-round fodders, is it time to panic?

Maybe we need to start taking some responsibility for these losses.  Are we doing our job as posters?  Providing enough support? Insight, and suggestions for adapting the gameplan?

Imagine if the Cs were following our suggestions and rants from the bench?  They'd be so annoyed with jpotter's criticisms by now.  :)
