Kyrie passes. WIDE OPEN LOOK. Brick.  ::)

That's why I don't blame Kyrie for trying to do it on his own now. Isaiah had to do the same some games last season.

Nights like tonight really highlight how much we miss Hayward offensively, let alone Morris. Coming into the season I thought Hayward and Morris would be our 2nd and 3rd highest scorers, or at least our 2nd and 4th. That's hard to replace.

That's an amazing finish by Kyrie. Crazy.

He’s the whole offense right now... just like IT last year

Isn't Tatum supposed to be an NBA ready scorer? I know we're letting him come along slowly and he's best as the release valve 3rd or 4th option right now, but it'd be nice to see us go to him more when guys are injured or the offense is anemic.

He’s usually playing with Smart and Rozier... who for some reason think they’re first options

I'm telling you this schedule is catching up to us and it's not getting better over the next few weeks. We will regroup by the end of January. We will still be in the playoffs.

Tuning in late.  Stinks that we are getting creamed and Mitchell has been quiet.

This schedule is pretty ridiculous... I like watching games but it’s so front heavy. The team barely gets two days off

  • Let's Go Celtics!
Tatum got fouled there. Should've been 2 free throws.

Why is Tatum looking for a foul? He should have drove to the basket and finish.

down 12 going into the last quarter.  not an insurmountable deficit but they've got to stop laying so many bricks

Yeah the schedule and our injuries are really catching up to us.  No excuses though.  I don't care if we have to trot 4 players out there because the other 11 are injured.  We can't have a 10 minute field goal drought like we did from the last few minutes of the 1st and into the 2nd.

This is the type of game where we need Kyrie to try to be MVP Kyrie. We need him t score multiple times down the court, with stops in between to get the crowd going and the our young guys confidence going.

He made the right plays, but sometimes great players gotta help role players by making shots.

Agree.

Probably had taken toll also being the leagues best D, and playing so many close games.  I don’t have any idea how to quantify this, but I reckon our guys have gone over more screens than any other group in the league.  Lots and lots of effort and with such young guys, tired legs gonna catch up eventually.
