Looks like Senegal will qualify thanks to Japan getting more yellow cards!

The FOX Sports ticker has Japan qualifying.

Can someone explain this to me? They are both tied in points, and in goal difference, so how did they determine the tie breaker?

Sorry You are right.... i was listening to something and got confused

Japan qualifies because they have better disciplinary record(yellow and red cards) than  Senegal.

Sad for Senegal but you don't even play for a draw.....

What the hell was Rojo doing there?

Mbappe was going away from goal. It was a bad situation but Rojo only made it worse.

Wow, Mbappe
Mbappe looks like a future Ballon D'Or winner. He has destroyed Argentina's defense in this match.

The pace he showed when he earned the penalty was insane!

Uruguay, always put a good squad on the pitch. I love them. Teamwork, stars play within a system.

Happy for Uruguay. Do not find that Portugal team likeable despite having several players I really like (like Bernardo Silva & Joao Mario).

Uruguay's team ethic is something else. Special group.

37km/h.... That is insane! He is definitely special

I hope Kavani is not seriously injured.

Koke doing too many sideways passes. Both Ramos and Pique are looking more adventurous going forward than Koke is. They are at least trying to make forward passes.

They need to bring Thiago on. He was key to making Spain more attacking under Lopetegui.

A bit out of topic.

I'm so happy we (Arsenal) are getting Lucas Torreira. The master class he showed yesterday vs Portugal is something we sorely need there.
