Aaaaaand my Tatum crush grows stronger by the game.

Had no idea his defense was so good. He might be on the verge of becoming one of the best rangey wings in the NBA.

I’m telling you. The player Tatum best compares to is.... Durant

And as he proved near the end, he can rebound in traffic.

His rebounding is what's really surprised me.

I m tearing up my Naders Raiders membership card .  He is pure G league or China league .

Bring back Green.

have to UPGRADE bench. semi will take time to develop and may never be a scorer. rozier is a letdown it seems. thought he would be good off bench. oh well. so much for that.

And explains why Danny wanted him and took the gamble to trade down to #3.

Classic Marcus Smart game...3-15, 2-11 from downtown, abysmal shooting but one of his 2 3s was when the game was on the line and some serious steals and effort plays down the stretch. If he could shoot he would be a really good player.
Any odd typos are because I suck at typing on an iPhone :D

We could, but then Brad would just put in Nader and Rozier for 10 minutes.

Seems like the "get down by 16 pts" thing is getting to be a habit.

I guess it's worked the LAST 16 TIMES....might as well keep going with it.

yeah i am done trying to figure it out and how we have not been burned yet. but law of averages.....

About that offensive rebound and assist to Kyrie: "And that is why it's hard to quantify Marcus Smart" - Brad, who says some plays are worth more than the points registered.
"Young man, you have the question backwards." - Bill Russell

"My guess is that an aggregator of expert opinions would be close in terms of results to that of Danny." - Roy H.

Brad actually spoke to this a little bit in the pre game tonight.  They asked him about having Smith in for a pre draft workout and he said they really liked him - but that the chance to pair Tatum with Jaylen Brown was what ultimately swung them.

He's going to start hitting shots. He's just getting all his misses out of his system early in the season. ;)
