KG has connections to coaching staff on those other teams. I think he just doesn't happen to have direct connections with the coaches on staff with the Celtics. No personal issues.

This is what I believe it is as well.

I don't think there's any ill will.

He did an AMA (ask me anything) on Reddit about a month ago,  and one of the questions was "If Timberwolves and Celtics met in the finals, which team you rooting to win?" Here's his answer:

While he says both, he mentions he has a better relationship with one organization than the other, and he is not on good terms with the Timberwolves.  If he wasn't on good terms with either, he'd say it.

So I'd take it as KG is at the very least on neutral terms with the C's.  No ill will.
