Reading the soft comments is kinda funny now. This team is nowhere near as soft as last year.

Cut ties with KO, Tyler Zeller, J Jerebko, Jae Crowder (phony tough), James Young, Demetrious Jackson, and Amir Johnson

Bring in Baynes, Semi, Tatum, Theis, Nader, Larkin, Morris, Bird

This team is way tougher. Way way way tougher. No pony tails any more.

Totally agree on Crowder being "phony" tough.

Roberson is a career 26% 3-pt shooter.  He had no business hitting that 3 to keep OKC in the game.

But without Bradley n Crowder we were supposed to lose out toughness weren't we??????????? Our D would suck without those 2!!!!!! HA....

avery was a good defender but brown has already passed him as a better overall player. we have a bulldog in smart and pitbull in baynes. doberman pinscher in theis. and Brown is slowly turning into a rottweiler. we do not lack BITE!

Well this just needs a full team breed breakdown now..

Marcus - Staffordshire Bull
Kyrie - Maybe Maltese showdog with tricks??

I think Horford is a Rhodesian Ridgeback, or a Labrador

Not sure about the Theis comp above

Jaylen is a good Rottweiler.

THEIS is german ya know so it fits!

i wasn't gonna call him a german shepherd lol

kyrie being a trick dog is funny.  but he has some terrier in him
LET'S GO CELTICS!

I never do the comparisons and appreciate what IT did in his time here but no way he does what Kyrie did last night and has been doing. You can bottle up IT and on the other end it’s a nightmare trying to cover for him on defense especially going up against somebody like Russ.

Kyrie on the flip side diced up the entire OKC defense and was straight clutch. When he’s rolling he’s unstoppable. We’re seeing why this trade was a no brainer.

I can’t even remember the last times we beat OKC and San Antonio and he was a huge reason why. The Celtics will be a tough out in the playoffs and we all know that’s when he steps his game up even more. Loving this team right now.

The Terrier is an awesome nickname and a fine choice.

Baynes is like a junkyard mutt.

All of the primary Celtics had big moments in our game last night.

Tatum kept us in the game in the 1st half.
Brown had a stretch in the 3rd where he played solid defense, got rebounds, and drove to the basket to draw multiple shooting fouls.
Irving of course had a monster second half.
Horford had a great 4th quarter.
Morris provided two-way energy in the 3rd.
Even Baynes had a couple monster stops at the rim in the second half.

It really was a team win. It was cool to see our guys stepping up within their roles to will our team to victory.

Our shooting percentage isn’t a mirage.  We’re having a hard time running our offense.  We’re misisng open shots but we’re not balancing that with many easy shots.

True, but we are playing the best team and we can win this game.

Jaylen is so close to being awesome.  He's not there yet, but close.
