voting for Hilary because one hates Trump or voting for Trump because one hate Hilary imo is a bad strategy.
huh.

so the good way to do it is to not vote? Waste your vote on Evan McMullin(sp?).

I voted for Gary Johnson
I suppose most votes are symbolic anyway.

Thought about voting for Gary Johnson, but I honestly think he would have been worse than Clinton or Trump.

I mean, we're all entitled to our opinions, but I really have a hard time seeing how any rational person could look at the three choices we were given and not conclude Johnson was hands down miles better than either "dirty" Hillary or "racist" Trump.

But this is kind of off-topic, this thread is about Hillary. Not Trump, Johnson, or any other non-DNC people.

I was well aware that The DNC had rigged the primary as it was happening through the use of super delegates and other apparatuses that let the DNC control who receives the nomination.

One could conclude that because of his inability to recognize the name “Aleppo” or name a current foreign leader during his few national interviews. I’m not saying you were wrong to vote for anyone, but there definitely were legitimate reasons why Johnson was more a symbolic vote than a measured, legitimate vote.

Absolutely sickening

I am no fan of Bernie Sanders socialist ideas, but his supporters were absolutely duped.

According to the lawyers that brought a law suit against the DNC, Sanders received 200 mil In donations for his campaign, even though it was already decided that Hillary was to be the nominee.

They straight up stole hundreds of millions of dollars from people contributing to the Sanders campaign, yet he still backed Hillary and stepped aside when the time came for Hillary to be the nominee.

People need to wake up.

Are you suggesting that Bernie Sanders "sold out", so to speak?

Bernie Sanders for sure sold out.

Well, for whatever you think about Johnson's competence, the one thing that cannot be questioned is that he is a man of honesty, integrity, and someone who has strong ethics.

The point being, those characteristics are the single most important qualifications a person must have in order to be considered for a position in politics.  Nothing else matters if you do not meet these qualifications.

And it should be apparent to everyone that neither Clinton nor Trump meet either of these qualifications, thus neither of them were qualified for the Presidency.  Maybe if people would start considering this before voting we wouldn't be where we are as a country, and maybe we wouldn't have such crappy candidates to choose from.

I'd rather vote for someone who held political ideals that went against every single one of mine, so long as they were a honest, decent person, than vote for someone who is the "lesser of two evils", or someone who held the same political ideals as mine if that person was a sleeze.

Cute?   In terms of change, I'd be glad for a middle of the road repubs (Kasich) or similar temperament and ideology dem.  Not looking for radical change (America's a pretty good place) - probably have only 3 or 4 presidents left in my lifetime if I'm lucky.

I indicated Bernie is too far left to win a general election in this country.  Not sure what is cute about that comment.

Many ppl (I know I did) would think "Iway" was a typo for "I was".

What would happen if are armed forces decided to "take over".  Storm Congress one day and say that's it!!  Time for real change.  New government.  Politics is corrupt.  Need to start over.

I thought the typo was “I’m way too far left for Bernie”, but then used context because the poster is Neurotic Guy who’s not a lefty.  Don’t know what he was trying to say tho.

Bernie Sanders for sure sold out.

Bernie Sanders realized that Donald Trump was far more evil than Hillary Clinton, and he was right.

If you find my post earlier in the thread, it contained my typical lack of brevity, but unclebay pulled a sentence out AND also had a typo.   The original sentence that it was pulled from was:

"Hillary's actions give credence to Trump's "crooked" assertions and it's a crying shame that democrats couldn't put forth better candidates than a politically-slimy Hillary and a way too far left Bernie."

The point of my post was that Hillary's behavior sadly gives Trump credibility, and that the Dems need to put forth better candidates -- ones who are ethically sound and/or who aren't so far left that 60% of the country won't consider voting for them.

The 'cute' comment was condescending and I apologize.  That said, if a candidate who advocates heavily taxing the rich and who believes that health care and education should be payed for by tax payers is considered 'radical ', then America's future does not look so bright. I would think rooting greed out of politics and making healthcare a universal right is something everyone could get behind.
